At 25 months, Oliver is such a little man. He still loves to dance, play with cars, vacuum cleaners, guitars, and sleep. He also loves playing inside of his tent. He can say almost anything, although the words that come out are often far from the actual pronunciation. For instance, Cracklin Oat Bran (the cereal he loves) is "Eee-eee-ee-in." He loves to give hugs and kisses, (he can finally kiss with a closed mouth). He loves for the butterfly (an ice pack) to come out of the freezer and kiss his boo-boos. Perhaps the biggest change has been the fact that I weaned him from breastfeeding on January 19, 2014. That was two years to the day of his due date. So, he nursed for exactly two years and three weeks, (according to my calcuations- my husband is better at math than me, hehe). It was quite emotional, but little Oliver handled it well. He asked for "Ni-nis" at least for a week after I nursed him for the last time. I would just tell him that the ni-nis were empty and offer him milk instead.
We also got him a prize for weaning...a superman cape!
